Bridget Jenkins Wilson
Founder
Bridget Jenkins is a 3rd generation roofing contractor, and a 1st generation general contractor. A proud Floridian hailing from Valrico, she attended Nativity Catholic School, Bloomingdale Senior High School and the University of South Florida. Having obtained a degree from USF in Elementary Education, Bridget began to embrace her familial calling to construction as a teacher, where she worked tirelessly to help build young minds. After the birth of her first child, Bridget returned to her family’s company after a short stint at Gymboree teaching baby sign language, music classes, art classes and play classes. She is a multifaceted person, but her heart is always in construction. Once a bull, always a bull.
Roger Jenkins
Owner
Cardinal Roofing began with Roger Jenkins, a man whose work ethic was forged early and shaped by both service and family. After leaving the U.S. Army, Roger returned to the roofing trade - his first true calling - when he and his wife Debbie began their family. His daughter Bridget and the next generation now carry forward what he started in 1995. Roger’s journey in roofing began at just 13 years old, when he earned his first paycheck—Social Security deductions and all. His passion for the trade is simple and honest: “It’s like watching somebody cut grass—you can see the progress. I like tearing things apart and putting them back together better.” That spirit of craftsmanship and improvement still defines Cardinal today.
As a mentor and teacher, Roger continues to share his deep well of knowledge with anyone willing to learn—especially his grandchildren and their friends. To Roger, hard work, dirty hands, and creative problem-solving aren’t just lessons—they’re a way of life.

Chad’s background spans everything from home inspections and pond construction to custom landscaping and storm protection—each project guided by a core mission: helping others bring their visions to life. With deep roots in Valrico, Florida, and a proud graduate of Bloomingdale High and the University of South Florida, Chad pairs strong local ties with the creative drive to turn ideas into reality. Possessing a rare blend of financial insight and hands-on experience, Chad understands the full picture—how to make dream homes both beautiful and attainable. Whether you’re starting with a blank slate or upgrading an existing space, our team is here to deliver results that are not only functional and durable but a true reflection of your goals.
